For me it's mainly Sampson and Delilah, but also Wharf Rat, Black Peter, and Dancin'.

Happy New Year! 2009 gonna be a good year!

mexicali, masterpiece, mr.charlie, mamu, mama tried... mainly tunes that start with the letter "m".

actually i have always been pretty selective in what i choose to put on and, since i rarely listen to complete shows anymore, i have gone years without hearing tunes that i don't like. however, for the past year or so i have listened to quite a bit of the sirius gd channel and have been forced to give some of the clunkers a chance. turns out you never know when jerry is going to get hot, and sometimes "mexicali" winds up being the best tune of the night. strangest of places, etc...

What no Corrina's or Wave to the Winds. Honestly though
I have been known to skip a Woman Enough or two in my listening but I'm pretty anal about listening to a show start to finish if I can.

So every song you know you don't prefer you always end up not preferring it while your listening to it?

Seriously--it was such a long subject line that somehow that occurred to me as the only response because it was the fewest letters...my bad.

Actually, it made perfect sense. But, I am so uptight I generally hold to my "skip it" inclination so it doesn't come up often...does that make sense? If I forget or some such, to be honest, I usually rush over and hit the track forward button.

I am just too anal retentive.

Okay, thanks for being honest. Anyway, no is the funniest response to a long question like that, you're right about that. I don't have what some would say is a beautiful economy with words. So you're saying that because you're so anal retentive that you never end up hearing songs you think you don't prefer. My new question to you is what are those songs? Did you hear them once or twice and decide that they are no good and since then have never listened them because you are always hitting the track forward button? Does the list of songs you hit the button on change or has it always been the same?

Hmmm, okay, so the answer is that I avoid the songs, and if they come on, I change them, so that means I don't end up singing along.

That would be songs like LLRain.

I rather here "El Paso City"

but the dead scouts report back to the captain of movement to the barline, then a rotation is made to the setlist. You must plan your potty breaks.

give me a break... you're a HE'S GONE GUY and you come out against RAMBLE ON ROSE?? they are of a piece -- Europe 72!

i hold all those europe 72 songs in very high esteem -- it really showcases their best, most original songwriting. well, excluding One more saturday night, which, on rare occasions i guess i have liked for a minute.... reluctantly.
